Booking Policy

At Glam Skin Aesthetics, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and tailored treatments for all our clients. To ensure a seamless experience, we have implemented the following booking policy:

1. Appointment Fee

A R500 non-refundable appointment fee is required to secure all bookings. This fee confirms your spot and is applied toward your treatment cost.

2. Appointment Confirmation

Appointments are confirmed 2 days before your scheduled date via email or SMS. Please ensure your contact details are accurate.Same-day appointments are available and subject to therapist or nurse availability.

3. Consultation and Personalized Treatments

At Glam Skin Aesthetics, consultation is mandatory for all first-time clients.We utilize the Bloom Visage Skin Analysis to assess your skin’s needs and create a precise treatment plan for optimal results.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

Reschedules or cancellations must be made at least 10 hours prior to your appointment to avoid losing your R500 deposit.No-shows or cancellations made less than 10 hours in advance will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.

5. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their treatment shortened to accommodate the next client or may need to reschedule.Rescheduling due to tardiness will incur a R200 rescheduling fee.

6. Payment Policy

The appointment fee is non-refundable but can be transferred if the rescheduling policy is followed.Payment for treatments must be settled in full on the day of your appointment. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and EFTs.

7. Promotions, Packages, and Gift Cards

Packages and promotions must be used within the specified validity period. Payments for packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another service during the promotional period.Gift cards are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Health and Safety Disclosure

Clients must complete a medical and skin history form prior to their treatment. This ensures we can provide safe and effective care.If any contraindications arise, we may adjust your treatment accordingly.

9. Client Code of Conduct

To maintain a professional and relaxing environment, we ask all clients to respect the clinic's policies and staff.Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services without a refund.

Refund policy

Glam Skin Aesthetics Returns & Refunds Policy

At Glam Skin Aesthetics, we aim to provide the best products and services for your skin health and wellness. Please review our returns and refunds policy for both online and in-store purchases, in line with South African consumer law.

1.Unused and Unopened Products

Eligibility: Products must be in their original, unused, and unopened condition with all packaging intact.
Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for in-store purchases and 7 days from the delivery date for online purchases.

2.Faulty or Defective Products

If a product is faulty or defective due to a manufacturing issue, it may be returned for a replacement or refund.Condition: Products must be returned with their original packaging and proof of purchase.
Timeframe: Returns for faulty products are accepted within 3 months of purchase, per the CPA.

3.Incorrect Orders

If you received an incorrect product, we will gladly exchange it.
Timeframe: Incorrect products must be reported within 7 days of delivery or purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety standards, certain items cannot be returned once opened. These include:Opened or partially used skincare products
Consumables such as supplements and wellness items
Customized or specially ordered products

3. Refunds Policy

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
Processing Time: Refunds typically take 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

2.Refund for Faulty Products

For any defective products within 6 months, customers are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement at no additional cost, in line with CPA requirements.

3.Shipping Costs

In-store Purchases: Refunds exclude any delivery or collection fees.
Online Purchases: Refunds exclude the original shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Return Process

In-Store Returns: Please bring the product, packaging, and proof of purchase to any Glam Skin Aesthetics store.
Online Returns: Contact our customer service team to arrange a return label and further instructions. Ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.

Orders are processed within 1 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive communication with tracking information.

3. Delivery Areas

Within South Africa: We deliver to all provinces, including remote and rural areas, though additional time may be required for such locations.
International Shipping: Glam Skin Aesthetics currently only delivers within South Africa.

4. Delivery Issues

Delays: While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or courier issues. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.Undeliverable Packages: If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, you will be contacted to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.Lost or Stolen Packages: Glam Skin Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
